Peps Posted September 5, 2014 Share Posted September 5, 2014 OK... so I'm still using old software and it's worked pretty well these past 8 years. Now, all of a sudden, it won't accept any of the music I've tried to install. I thought maybe an upgrade would make a difference but the newest version would cause me to have to spend a lot of money for new speaker points ( We have 7 in our home). Please help.. RyanE Posted September 5, 2014 Share Posted September 5, 2014 While you may need to upgrade a controller (and might want to anyway, as the current controllers are considerably more powerful), there is no new SpeakerPoint, and existing SpeakerPoint devices will continue to work in current versions of Control4.
