CT-Mike
I am running Parallels on a Mac so that I can run ComposerHE. When first installed, Composer connected to the director with no issue. Now I can't get it to connect no matter I try. I've deleted and added the director, I've re-installed Composer, all with no luck. My iPhones, iPads, and SR250 connect and control the system with no issues. My license is not expired. Any help is greatly appreciated. Edit: Control4 for PC-Mac isn't connecting either, when it previously worked fine as well. Thanks, Mike
msgreenf
Are you nated or bridged? Sent from my XT1060 using Tapatalk
CT-Mike
Are you nated or bridged? Sent from my XT1060 using TapatalkNot exactly sure what you mean. If you're talking about how things are connected, all equipment (Director, A/V equipment, etc) is on a separate home run Cat6 to the switch. Switch is connected to my only router. Otherwise please explain. Thanks,Mike
msgreenf
i am talking about in Parallels. Do you have your Parells networking setup as Bridged or NAT? It needs to be bridged.Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

CT-Mike
Opened a terminal in Windows using cmd.exe. I am able to ping the router, but not the Director, request times out. The router seems to be the only thing I can ping.
