jickser93 Posted October 19, 2014 Share Posted October 19, 2014 Hi Guys, When I went to turn off my HT system last night my SR250 would not respond for some reason. I tried power cycling the remote and controller. I couldn't connect to my controller in Composer either. After performing a factory reset I re-loaded my previously saved project. The system came back online, but I am missing all my cover art for about 600 DVDs/BDs. When I initially installed my BD and DVD changers I performed a full media scan. Then I went through and added missing cover art, titles, and maually changed any other info I saw fit. From then on I would scan only the new discs I was adding to the system and editing accordingly. What's weird is after I performed the factory reset all the edited info is still there, but ALL of my cover art is gone!!! I always backup and save media info after I am done making changes or adding movies. Any idea what happened or does anyone have some miracle way for me to get my art back without basically starting from scratch? Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
