2.6 upgrade problem

Dear All,

 

I upgraded a customer to a 2.6 and from that moment on, his system begun to have instabilities. Controller is HC250.

 

First thing I noted, was that some drivers were marked with a red X, like Control4 thermostat, cable TV driver and a virtual thermostat. All devices were running fine before update.

 

Second, A 6 button keypad, sometimes worked, sometimes didn't.

 

And third, a huge delay. Customer reported delay when sent commands trough six button keypad, like activating scenes and turn room on/off, also, for me remotely, I experienced a lot of delay with composer pro.

 

Before rollback his system, I would like to figure out what is going on.

Since you appear to be a dealer I would call support. Sounds like some potential corruption or driver upgrades needed

Yes, indeed, I am a dealer and received support from our loical distributor, but it seems that this problem is not usual, so I would like to know if anyone else has experience it and if it is a question for a controller reset.
