bababooey
End-user here ...The click wheel on one of my wireless mini-touch screens stopped working. The touch screen itself is fine, as is the scroll bar functionality on the touch screen when browsing Music. The wheel does spin (i.e. it's not stuck) but it doesn't make a clicking noise (like it always did) and the information on the touch screen doesn't respond to the turning of the wheel in either direction.Any ideas? Thanks. neil12011
go into composer under system design....find the mini touch and make sure "click enabled" is checked..if not check it, then reset the touch screen.
bababooey
Awesome, thanks ... I have HE so I can give it a shot. One follow-up: how do I reset it? Is that something I do from the mini touch or is there some other composer option that will do it?
neil12011
either pull the power or hold down the click wheel for like 5-10 seconds.
str1der
Speaking of the wheel. Is there a way to always have the wheel control volume in a room no mater what's on the screen?
bababooey
FYI - to close the loop on my original issue, the Click Enabled check box was selected (despite it not working correctly). So I held the button in for 5-10 seconds as directed to reboot the mini touch and now it's working. If all else fails ... reboot. Thanks for the push in the right direction. tebery
At times my wheel stops working and I have to do the reboot. It is just one of my MTS's that it happens on. Are there others out there aside from bababooey and myself that are having this problem? Thanks
