reynolea Posted February 17, 2015 Share Posted February 17, 2015 Hello - I've been working with a DC-area based c4 integrator for some time, and suffice to say, I'm unhappy with their level of service and want to move on. However, I'm at a loss, because it seems that other integrators aren't willing to take me on without the promise of a sizeable upgrade. As I have (albeit reluctantly) with the current integrator, I plan to continue upgrading, buying more products and services, etc, but I've just about had it with the lack of timely correspondence, attention to detail, etc. Anyone out there willing to help?
