drmark12pa Posted April 7, 2015 Share Posted April 7, 2015 I tried to backup my project which I try to do at least monthly in order to have a backup should anything go wrong. I recently upgraded to 2.7. I continue to have trouble with SCANNING starting so my dealer is having Control4 log in to see what the issue is. However, tonight I tried to backup my project and I'm now stuck with Composer HE showing "Backing Up Project/ Step 3 of 3/ Finalizing xxxx.c4p"Composer is not locked up but it's not finishing the backup either. I had to end Composer via Task manager in Windows and there was a .TMP file left in the save directory so it didn't save the backup properly.
