alex-w Posted June 12, 2015 Share Posted June 12, 2015 hc800 is located on basement rack most of the lighting is hidden in closets, normally 3 - 3 gang in one closet, and configurable keypad is binded to the respective loads. There is about 8 configurable keypads throughout the house. For some weird reason, the basement works totally fine, and the top floor works fine as well. In the main floor, where most of the lighting loads for the living room, and dining room. The loads are hidden in the den cabinet. Most of the confgurable keypads are 6 buttons. The configurable keypad is working fine, but 2 or 3 loads on the main floor doesn't respond. Sometimes it will respond, but with some serious lag. I try turning on the light with ipad, nothing happens. BUT when i go to the physical c4 dimmer itself, it will turn on and off the light. Just not on the configurable keypad or ipad or even in composer. Is this a zigbee issue? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
prabeau Posted June 12, 2015 Share Posted June 12, 2015 I had this problem which turned out to be a network issue. Changed wifi channel to one that was less likely to interfere with zigbee.The network was on channel 7, changed to 1 and no more response issues Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
