RS232 Pin out question for sony disc changer

I have a sony disc explorer 400 used with a a Control 4 AVM HTV controller. It was sent out for repairs, and worked fine in terms of connectivity w/ respect to the retreival of disc info and cover are. A couple of wires came loose from the RS 232, and I was told red was ground, and that I would just need to)switch the yellow and brown (RX TX) to get it to work. There are a couple extra wires that have been stripped back (green and black)/

Does anyone know what the actual pin outs are for an RS232 for a connecton to this disc player?
