weepee Posted September 9, 2008 Share Posted September 9, 2008 I just got my subscription yesterday. Everything worked as advertised. Today i went to show someone and it says the controller is unavailable. when i got home i tried from the home PC, still unavailable. I'm able to log onto composer, and my internet service is working. Matt Posted September 25, 2008 Share Posted September 25, 2008 Reboot your master controller and see if it resolves your issue.If it doesn’t, contact your dealer and have them verify the account information with a control technician.
