Video issue

I recently added an Integra DTR 8.8 to my system. I am running a key digital 8x4 component switcher into the Integra. I connected the HC300 directly to the Integra via the component inputs and I am outputting all signals via HDMI to my pioneer plasma. When I power the system on everything works fine, however when I power the system off then power it up the next time I want to watch TV I get sound but no video. I purchased the Integra from a different dealer than my C4 dealer. When I brought the unit back to them they said that it is fine and that they can not reproduce the video failure. He says that the HC300 may be causing the problem. Has anyone heard of an issue like this and if so a work around.

hook up the pioneer plasma to the receiver with component video cables.

If you want 1080p from a bluray player, send the HDMI directly from the player to the plasma and take the digital audio from the player to the receiver.
