sjj31a
I have 2 Panasonic IP cameras and would like to have each one pop up using the new pop up 1.6 commands. Is it possible to have a panasonic camera pop up re: front door based on motion. I got the weather (jpg url) coming up no worries, but can't figure out how to do the cameras. Any suggestions?Steve
Matt
Yes it is. Doing it at my house! If you allow guest access on the camera. Then log into your camera and go to image. Right click and paste that link into your announcement agent.
sjj31a
Ok, I did that and when I right click on the image in the panasonic viewer via the web I am getting an HTML image vs. a jpg. I adjusted the settings to snapshot the image every 3 seconds vs motion and even tried the buffered image but the problem is the buffered image based on motion changes the jpg url so it is not just one image that is updated. Please help!
Matt
On the admin tab, you allowed guest access correct? After you allowed guest access go to the Multi Tab and then Click on the camera icon to the left of the camera name.Right click on the image and click on properties.Right click on the URL address and hit select all.Right click on the URL address and hit copy.In composer, Click on the agent tab.Click on the Edit Text /Image button.Paste the above URL into the URL option of the announcement agent. flyingkev
Hey Matt...Thanks! even though it was for someone else.. you helped others out too....too bad we couldn't put the actual video on there.... I use mine for a driveway sensor, would be nice to see the car driving up the driveway on the screen.... (rather than a picture)
