nevets23 Posted October 26, 2016 Share Posted October 26, 2016 Hi All, My dealer just updated my C4 system to 2.9. As a result, I am trying to install the new Composer HE 2.9. I downloaded the Composer HE 2.9 file from the Control4 site, but when I try to install it, I'm getting the following error: "An error occured while trying to copy a file: the source file is corrputed" C:\Program Files(x86)\Control4\Composer HE290\gstreamer\bin\libglib-2.0-0.dll I've tried clicking retry and ignore, but no success. I have also tried deleting the Composer HE 2.9 install file and re-downloading it from C4 multiple times, but still no luck. Has anyone had the same issues/does anyone know how to fix this?
