Rhapsody

Is anyone having problems with rhapsody? I am able to view songs, select them, but then when I select play I get a Rhapsody error. I called them, and they said it was fixed..but......no luck here.....

any ideas???

Internet connection ok?

Are you able to use your 4Sight account? (If you have one)

Have you tried rebooting your controller?

Your Dealer can log in and look at your system.

I'm seeing the same thing and its been true for several days. Still happening at 5pm PST on Saturday.

Try logging off of Rhapsody and logging back in. Is your subscription up to date?

I'd suggest getting your dealer over and taking a look. They can also look at this remotely.

OK, this may have been obvious in retrospect, but...

My trial account had expired even though "19 songs remain". After logging out and logging in, it complained that my "30 day trial" had expired. Since we are reasonably happy with the integration/experience, I signed up for $12.99/month and used that new login and things are fine.
