fdastoor Posted November 21, 2008 Share Posted November 21, 2008 Does anyone actually have 1.6 version of The Home version.I am very much interested in using the timers agent.My Director version is 1.6 as the dealer has activated the announcement agent for the doorbell. So I know I have it.Of course sinceI do not have 1.6HE I cannot see it in my software and cannot do anything with it . And no Timers.Control4 should have an easier way for purchasers of HE to update easily from their web site. Why should we have to bother the dealer for such little details. Certainly if you're an HE user then they should have given you the update when they updated your system, as you can't use the older version of HE to program a newer version of Director.I've always gotten my updates from my dealer, but I agree it'd be nice to have it in the Help Menu or something . . .
