pbels
My system went down for a couple of hours whereby the touchscreen were down in the connecting mode for along time. They were effectively offline and needed to be rebooted (and subsequently connected to the lan receiving new ip addresses) My problem now is that the touchscreen are now back but my OSD on two rooms are not working nor can I control the rooms from my mobile app. I checked on the HC 250 controllers and the link light was not on (only the power). I rebooted them and still nothing leaving me with a couple of rooms with no access to the OSD nor any ability to control the TV in the respective room. Suggestions? Thank you Peter
dcovach
Who set up your network? I want names. Did you have a power failure? Most problems can be blamed on the reliability of your network. What equipment is being used? There's going to be a lot of guessing without more info.
