Controller "unavailable"

My controller is unavailable on 4sight, and not accessible using composer HE remotely.

I was using composer remotely, and I attempted to restore a prior project I had saved on the remote computer. During the upload my connection apparently "froze" and the restore did not work. Worse, the connection terminated, and the controller was not available for both composer and 4sight.

I am on the road, and unable to check my system in person. However, I do have a desktop computer at the house, on the network and remotely accessible. Through that desktop I can browse to the IP address of the controller, and I see that the directory contains only files with the date of the system install. The subdirectory hc300 has one "update" file.

Is there supposed to be a project file (.c4p)? If so, in what directory?

Ew. Sounds like your dealer might need to do a USB restore.
