Ram S Posted June 20, 2018 Posted June 20, 2018 I'm trying to use Composer ME to build play lists and noticed that it is not scanning the NAS Drive. This used to work flawlessly. I recently had an power outage and the NAS drive had to go thru a whole rebuild and disk check process that took over 12 hours to complete. The good news is that the drive is good, all media on the drive is good. I'm able to access the media via standard file system access. The director can see the NAS drive and I can access the NAS drive using the C4 interface. I'm using Composer ME version 2.10.1 (latest) and the version of Director is 2.10.1.544795-res. Ram S Posted June 20, 2018 Author Posted June 20, 2018 The issue is resolved now. Apparently it was a DNS issue. My dealer was able to provide a remote resolution. They pleasantly surprised me with such a fast service and resolution!
