Cheapest single blind solution.

I plan to automate the window covering for the single window I have in my bedroom. It’s roughly 6x3 ft. 

I will never get more blinds. Sounds possibly regrettable, but it’s just an apartment. 

I could use relay, IR, zigbee. Whatever people feel is the cheapest. I have no available io on my controllers, so the zigbee relay, Zigbee to IR or serial bridge would have to be accounted for. Also I’ll need blackout since it’s a bedroom.

if anyone has any ideas off the top of their head I would surely appreciate them.
