CFUG Posted February 25, 2009 Share Posted February 25, 2009 I have this issue whenever I load-in a backup of a project. Cover art or channel icons don't completely load and i have to go and pull some artwork back into the project. Is this a result of possibly bad connectivity with the director during the transfer? CFUG Posted February 25, 2009 Author Share Posted February 25, 2009 Found this while searching-Finally got it fixed. Control4 logged in and did a firmware update to al the MTCs and touchscreen. The final decison was there is a problem with internet providers blocking the search by the individual components for the media folder. pharmdsmith Posted February 26, 2009 Share Posted February 26, 2009 I've experienced the same issue. I even have had the wrong coverart pulled to the wrong cd loaded. There is a picture of one artist's cd cover but the title of another cd artist. The title is the one that plays, then randomly it fixed itself a couple of days later.
