rs232 connection for airconditioning

We are looking at getting a ducted Daikin airconditioning system (www.daikin.com.au) and am seeking to integrated it properly with C4. Googling identified the Coolmaster 1000D (http://www.xdimax.com/cool/cool.html) which claims to do the trick. Does anyone have experience with this accessory, or can suggest an alternative to integrate an Australian airconditioning system with C4?
