little_neil
Hi Guys, I am 100% new to use control 4 system. So there is one question I met when using the control 4 system. I purchased 1 controller, 1 10 inch touch screen and 1 remote control. I connect the controller and touch screen to internet. I register my account in https://my.control4.com sucessfully (I only access to the page as picture, after the account registered, it do not turn into another page for controller registeration.). The next step I should do is registering a controller. From the website (I log in the account in https://customer.control4.com), it prompt me to go to More> Settings> Registration and enter one code in a Control4 touch screen. But the problem I met is I can not get in the page of touch screen. When the touch screen get powered, there are three icons in the main interface, "Network," "Identify" and "About". When I click the "Network" icon, it can obtain the IP address sucessfully. When I click the "Identity" icon, it will prompt me "Confirm your network connection, make sure Composer is ready, and verify you have the correct driver to identity this device" (as picture) Can you guys guide me what to do next? I can not register the controller now, so I can not use the control4 system. Thanks a lot
dcovach
@little_neil You're going to need a control4 dealer to do this and set up your system. Its not "plug and play". Where are you located?

dcovach
If it's new, that dealer is responsible for setting up your system too. There is much more work required than just registering the controller. Good luck.
