Never had to do this before so don't slam me! Up until now, just unplugging the drive and moving it to my laptop. Trouble is, drive lives three flights down in rack usually. All the versions are free to download from www.control4.comhttp://www.control4.com/products/software/Pick the version that matches your system version.
