akg4y Posted September 6, 2009 Share Posted September 6, 2009 I created a new Rhapsody account and went into HE and added a new account under the Rhapsody agent with the correct login info etc and I deleted the old Trial account account. Now when I go to my touchscreens to play Rhapsody it lets me search etc but when I try to play anything it gives me 'Rhapsody service error.' I know it is connecting to my account because if I log in online it says that I have tried to play whatever song I inputted on C4.Its a Rhapsody To Go account if that matters, but I dont think it does because the RTG account includes everything the standard account does in addition to the portability, right?Do I need to do anything else to allow C4 to stream the music?
