thecodeman
If you choose "info" and then "about" from any on screen display, it will say what version you're running. Mine, for example, says "Director version: 1.8.0.44415...."

mkupe
All remote control unit commands have latency period at some point. About 4-5 commands work initally, then the remote "freezes up"for a time. (latent)Wall switches for lights and cable music channels are ok.Do you think the new series 8 software will help? It will actually be a little slower in 1.8 because of Zigbee Pro's AES encryption.
mkupe
I am not using the remote screen as a list navigator.Support at Control 4 suggested my issue could be due to interference which series 8 could help. Your thoughts?

Your thoughts? It's possible. How far away from the controller running Zigbee server are you? Do you have any repeating devices (dimmers, switches, keypads, thermostats) in the room you are using? Do you notice an improvement in speed when you are near the controller running zigbee server?
