rf9000 Posted March 8, 2021 Share Posted March 8, 2021 All, I'm trying to get a R610 to reset to factory settings. After holding down the reset button for 10-15 seconds, then trying to log into the AP using username (super) and password (sp-admin), the AP wont log in. The fields just go blank again like the wrong information was entered. I tried resetting it 2-3 times. The other R610s I'm also resetting worked just fine. Any idea on what I can do?
