2inspect Posted October 8, 2009 Share Posted October 8, 2009 :|I recently had a wall mounted wifi mini-touch V1 screen displaying a control4 logo with the message please wait . This all happen during lighting storm were the power in the house flickered. I called my installer he came out and tried to recover using usb stick, but still displaying the same message.When you power up the touchscreen you can see the recovery usb stick led flash like it's begin the recovery process, but the recovery never occurs. RyanE Posted October 8, 2009 Share Posted October 8, 2009 If restore stick doesn't fix it, and it's not under warranty, then unfortunately, it may be the end for that screen.It's pretty unusual for Lightning to take a mini-touch out, especially if it was wired PoE.
