Bluesound grouping stopped working

Recommended Posts

I'm running the latest (3.0.6) version of the Bluesound Player and Zone Network drivers, and very recently the grouping functionality stopped working. All the connections look correct, and the players work in the C4 app individually, they just don't show up as options to group when the room grouping button on the app is pressed. I'm hesitant to delete the drivers and start over since I have a bunch of custom programming tied to one of the players and a keypad.

Has anyone seen and solved this issue before?

Thanks!

I have not seen this issue because I cannot get my Bluesound players working in C4. The big integrator that installed my system and a remote programmer cannot get C4 to recognize the players. Can you use all the Bluesound app functions in C4? Does your integrator do remote programming?

@jedigolf I'd have to ask them if they do remote programming... but one thing that might help is that the bluesound player drivers must be named exactly as they are in the Bluesound app, or they will not work in the C4 app properly. For example:

does that help at all?
