garcilamd
I added a network shared hard drive (an apple time capsule), and was able to scan my mp3s into the HC-300 via the media tab. I've refreshed the navigators, restarted the equipment, re-added the harddrive, but never find the mp3s or any playlists that I create in the music menus on my interfaces. My dealer is inexperienced and initially told me that I can't stream mp3s over a network harddrive so I'm not sure if he made the appropriate connections on the composer software. Any ideas would be great, please. Thanks in advance.
thecodeman
He probably didn't add the driver for it / configure it properly. Have him look it up in the knowledge base, post on the dealer forums, or call tech support.
garcilamd
Is there anywhere that I can see more details regarding input and output connections for the digital audio or speak directly? I also have 4sight installed and I'd be willing to let remote programming be done. I think I'm pretty much on my own with this as my dealer response is pretty slow and my confidence in their programming skill is waning since I was told that simple things such as toggle or double taps were not possible. garcilamd
My installer did not physically attach the audio outputs to the amplifier and receiver. The Audio endpoints for the HC300 were not set as well. Once I did these things, I was able to scan my shared drive and play my MP3s
