Ranger620
Hey guys,I am trying to identify an iPhone on a system to use the control 4 app and here is my problem.-The licence is loaded successfully @ my.control4.com-The app is downloaded onto the iphone and runs.-The driver is added to the system via Composer-In Composer I go to identify the iPhone and tap the identify button on the iphone screen and I get this message..."Unable to authenticate this device. Please verify that your controller is running the latest Control4 version for compatibility."HC500 controller version is 1.7.3.68Any ideas on what I haven't done to get this working? Thanks,JP
Ranger620
Of course I have it going now I disconnected the iphone form the router and reconnected and now it works no problem. There must be a problem in the router settings to maintain the iphone connection to it.Sorry to waist you time reading my post.Cheers,JP
swells
Sorry to sound stupid, but how and where do you find the driver for the ipod touch/iphone app?
thecodeman
In the Control4 driver database. Can only be used on systems with firmware later than 1.6, I believe.
