Gateway not registered - unresponsive dealer

Hi All

New to C4. I am end user with HE license. Everything was working fine until one fine day when I was out on holiday Intercom stopped alerting on phone. I was not around on the day when this broke so cannot be my HE. My dealer is not responding. I can see freeswitch gateway is offline. I have tried to reboot various times without luck. Is any dealer able to help by logging in remotely and register the controller? Happy to pay for your time.

I see Controller is not registered under my account services.
