Baubas Cat Posted September 17, 2022 Share Posted September 17, 2022 When naming Echo dots in the Alexa app if the dot name and the C4 room name are the same you lose voice volume control. When trying to change the volume by voice it will try to change the echo dot volume and not the room volume. Is there a way around this? Can you add a word or punctuation before or after the dot or room name to avoid this conflict? Is there a certain way to ask for volume so it doesn't select the dot?
