NYInstallers Posted January 4, 2023 Share Posted January 4, 2023 Hi A customer of mine just had somfy shades programmed with RTS and TaHoma. I have it integrated on the system and everything works as expected using the touch screens and remote controls. however when trying to load all the open and close commands into the macro none of the shades respond. any help would be appreciated. Yes it’s working now. but I’m just trying to understand why this client has an issue and my others don’t. thanks for the suggestion, maybe I’ll use that in the next project.
