Duplicate IP's via Terminal C4

Does anyone know of any command in C4 Terminal that will get me duplicate IP's

I would like to be able to run arp-scan so it will output Mac's and IP's, I know I am able to run arping but need to know the destination IP.  Is there anything internal to OS that can do this rather than me running something on laptop to detect?
