bill Posted July 23, 2023 Share Posted July 23, 2023 I have an original iPad air with the latest iOS 12.5.7. It was working fine with the OS2 C4 APP. However it got deleted by mistake and now when I try to get a new one from the APP store it asks if I want to download and older compatible version. I reply yes and it downloads. However when I try to open the APP it opens for one second and then closes. Tried power cycling the iPad after the download but same result. Any ideas how to get a compatible version?
