I did "Add Action" to get the above. Yes it seems logical that it would play the same song in both rooms but not so. Any suggestions?

Thanks that was very helpful. I was able to get Pandora to play in the room selected. However I tried to add another room and it worked BUT was playing a different song from the first room. Is it possible to add multiple rooms? Also looking in Composer HE 3.4.0 I can see the Alexa Voice Scene Events but cannot edit / add to the script. Also do not see how to add an Event. Please advise

My "personalized" list of Amazon Alexa Voice Commands for Control4 shows Scenes, Lights, & Rooms categories. My issue is with Rooms. All the commands (off, mute, unmute, volume up, volume down, etc) work EXCEPT Alexa, turn on ROOM NAME. I have to manually turn on the room audio from phone / iPad, etc. Same issue for all rooms. Also, Is there an Alexa voice command to initiate music sources? Pandora, SiriusXM, etc. ? "ALEXA PLAY Control4 Pandora" for example

I just replaced my NX-587 with a NX-584 for OS2. Did you have to do anything other than changing out the unit? I do not seem to be getting any response from the CORE 3.

I have an original iPad air with the latest iOS 12.5.7. It was working fine with the OS2 C4 APP. However it got deleted by mistake and now when I try to get a new one from the APP store it asks if I want to download and older compatible version. I reply yes and it downloads. However when I try to open the APP it opens for one second and then closes. Tried power cycling the iPad after the download but same result. Any ideas how to get a compatible version?

Thanks AMR. Sorry for not responding earlier. Life priorities in flux. Seem there is no "IP" tab in my version of Composer.

I had to change my network addresses and now my HC250 cannot connect to my Onkyo receiver. On the attached screenshot I can see the old IP address but do not see how to change it. Does the C4 software not scan for it in case it changes? Or does the Onkyo need to have a fixed IP address rather than DHCP when connected to C4? And if so how to change the IP address to match the Onkyo?

I will try to VPN to see if that works. Might give us a clue. As of now I have pretty much given up as C4 support passed me off to have a dealer fix it and my dealer is not really sure if it can be fixed on the HC250 so he is suggesting to upgrade my system. I am hesitant to do that as I would be very unhappy if I went through that and I still could not use 4sight. What system are you using?

My network is Ubiquiti gear out of the box without any network tweaks connected to a Spectrum Cable modem so I doubt that is doing any blocking. Is it possible to temporarily bypass everything except the Cable modem and a switch to see if 4sight will work. Not sure now long it must be connected to get Access Anywhere working.

" I did not try yet as my dealer is suggesting that I upgrade to a newer controller and OS3 to eliminate the problem. Maybe this can help you.

Hi Ari, this is the HC250 we setup in Sept to replace my old HC250 that failed. Attached is a screen shot from the iphone app showing the controller it is trying to connect to. Also attached is a screen shot of my customer.control4.com MyAccount and MySystem screens. It all looks like it matches to me ... I can connect with the iphone app locally as well as with Composer

I replaced my HC500 with an HC250 and running 2.10.6 I did this as the HC500 was no longer supported and I could not add new music. I have tried to use a USB stick drive in HC250. I purchased a couple of SANDISK 64GB drives that are not recognized by the HC250. They are formatted FAT32 MBR with 1 partition. I tried an old no name 512MB (yes megabytes) and it was immediately recognized by the HC250 and I could scan music off of it but obviously it is too small. I tried a SANDISK Cruzer 256GB formatted for a MAC and it too was recognized by the HC250. So based on that I bought two SANDISK Cruzer 64GB and they are not recognized either. UGH!! What am I missing?

Ok seems there are no work arounds and it is time to sent the HC500 to recycling I will use a USB stick with the HC250 for the music. What is the required format? Do I need to EXPORT my music from the HC500, store it and then import it once the HC250 is ready? Or can I just copy the folders to the to the USB drive? Thanks in advance!

Thanks for your help! The HC-500 has worked fine for 13 years along with an HC-250 as the main controller. Maybe an upgrade in the software version at some point made it not work properly. I tried using NEW and it allows me to enter all the info about the album and then appears (0 tracks) but does not allow me to load the actual MP3 tracks. How is that done? Also for clarification what is the Media Library and are where is it located ?
