BY96 Posted August 14, 2023 Share Posted August 14, 2023 I am thinking this is an issue for my dealer, but thought I would just try here. I have never had this happen before, but this morning, I have tried twice to back up the project in HE but an error message comes up saying "Could not backup driver: Equipment > Control4 Core 3. Error saving project. The user name or password is incorrect." Before this message popped up, there was some about the Digital Media not being found. I backup every time I close HE and have never seen this before. Thanks for any input. Update - I closed down HE, opened it back up, and the backup then worked fine. Crisis averted.
