Broken switch plates on C4 system installed in 2013-14

Our home was built in 2013, and we bought the property in 2019.  The initial C4 installer went out of business, then a local security company installed other software. The system was still not functioning properly and we found a reputable dealer, who changed out 2 different types of software that were apparently working against each other.  We still have over 20 switches that have faceplates that are falling off and taped to the wall.  We have waterfall switches with buttons that aren't attached to anything, and a tablet that has ghosted and difficult to read.  We have spent to date almost $15,000, replacing and upgrading an apparently antiquated system.  The system functions, we are just in need of replacing the broken switch plates, and we cannot get a tech to return our calls, and cannot order them on our own through a local dealer.  Does anyone know if we can order just the switch plates OR do we have to replace the entire switch?  Is there a generic face plate we can order and replace them ourselves?  It appears that unless we are willing to spend over $120,000 to completely upgrade our system with the new version, we are simply stuck with broken switch plates.
