Composer ME installation error 123: Failed to create directory

hi

i am trying to install Composer ME using this installation file - ComposerME-3.1.0.566729-res.exe

when the installation starts i get the following error:

Setup was unable to creaye the directory "c:\Users\oferz\OneDrive\???"

Error 123: the filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect
