Yale Assure Lock - Issues After Changing Batteries

Recommended Posts

I have a Yale front door lock, it has been working fine for 3 years, the batteries died and I replaced them, the lock is still talking to C4 and I can toggle lock / unlock status, C4 is not controlling the actual lock, is there something else that I need to do?

I also noticed that when the batteries died another lock that was deleted from C4 (Baldwin) has re-appeared in same area, could that be the cause of this?  Looking for any guidance on how I should troubleshoot.

I also noticed that The pin code for lock is also missing in C4, is that required?

Not just Yale. Baldwin, too. Three locks, all show just fine and healthy in the Zigbee Health Tool and one even sent a low battery notification to the panel. None can be opened or closed via the touch panel or app any more.  Seems like something is broken in the last couple software updates.
