georgetv Posted May 5 Share Posted May 5 Samsung Q Oled worked fine for two years…. Now having IP problems. Wont respond to room off. Turns on. Controls sources. Direct tv and roku. But trouble accessing the samsung smart menu features. And no response to Turn Off. I use the samsung remote. Ideas? Checked all connections. TV Software up to date. Did tv self diagnose. Did resets.
