msgreenf Posted May 24 Share Posted May 24 THIS IS A SCHEDULED EVENT May 28, 08:00 - 14:00 EDTMay 24, 14:33 EDTScheduled - The OvrC team will be performing planned maintenance to the cloud database between the hours of 8:00 am and 2:00 pm ET on May 28th, 2024. During this time, we don’t expect there to be any significant interruptions to service but there could be intermittent performance degradation during the maintenance window. Potential impacted features are: * Log in/Log out including OvrC web and mobile apps, OvrC Connect, Luma/Luma View * OvrC Public API* Device communication, config, notifications, updates, etc* Slow page loading times This may impact Partner and Customer experience with OvrC Platform's cloud services and mobile applications. This will not impact the local network or customers’ systems as there are no changes to the OvrC agent or devices monitoring the network. This database upgrade is a continuation of our investment to make OvrC more reliable, resilient and performant for our users.
