indiansfan1
So I did a 1.8 update on all my devices and everything went smooth. This week I got a sr 150 for my upstairs. I did the embernet upgrade then after that all of my zigbee devices went offline. I tried rebooting everything, tried re-identifying (which it will not do) the controller shows Zigbee online, but all devices show offline. I'm stuck! and suggestions? indiansfan1
Just saw that all my devices, with the exception of the remote I just added. Went back to the embernet tab, under connected it says false, then status - pending. They've all been updated already why would this be going on? henniae
You would probably get better response to this question in the C4 dealer forum. There are a limited number of C4 dealers that frequent this forum.
bnelson76
You have to go into Composer after updating and reconfigure the zigbee server to run. You can find it under System Design and clicking on the HC300.
indiansfan1
yea did that, set up to 14. It's weird cause the controller is online, as well as the sr-150, but nothing else is online.

I usually have to reboot the controller after starting the zigbee server after updating to 1.8.2.
indiansfan1
should I do an identify reboot? or just unplug it for a minute or two?
bnelson76
Just unplug for 30 seconds and then plug back in and prepare to wait about 10 minutes for it all to come back up.
indiansfan1
Killer i'll give that a shot. I was going to try the 13-4-
indiansfan1
13-4-13 worked. I guess when you add certain devices it messes with the mesh. Re-opening the network and set zigbee to auto-join.
hankbank
what is 13-4-3?
thecodeman
what is 13-4-3?Only needed in ZigbeePro.
Rsmolo
it's a sequence to get dimmer/switch, key pads off the current zigbee network and get them ready to join new network. Only ZigveePro. It's fun when you have 100+ dimmers and you have to disconnect and reconnecto to network.
bnelson76
I have only had to do the 13 4 13 when updating at the office and then putting the devices on location to a different controller.
