bababooey Posted March 28, 2010 Share Posted March 28, 2010 We just had a new dimmer installed but I can't seem to set any of the Properties (e.g. Ramp Rate, LED Colors, etc) using Composer HE. More specifically, I can see all of the properties and I can change their values but the values don't seem to save. We have other dimmers whose properties I can set, it's just this new one that is causing an issue.One thing I notice that's different between the new dimmer and the others: the "Version" property under "Advanced Properties" is empty but all of my other dimmers show a value of "03.02.26". There is a MAC address property and the Channel and Gateway are "N/A" but it's set to N/A for our other dimmers.Any ideas? Should I reset the switch somehow?Thanks. On the 10.5, I can set the level (for example, 65%) but the lights don't go on.The switch works fine as a dimmer when I control it at the switch.Sorry, I don't have the dimmer model but I know it's brand new and Zibee Pro.
