rbeermann
I don't have a lot of experience writing serial drivers....I am trying to create one for a matrix switch. I have all the ASCII commands, but when I put them into a driver wizard, i am not getting any feedback from the switch. if anyone can help me on the proper way to input this, it would be geratly appreciated. attached is the excel sheet with the commands. crazybuppie
The driver wizard will only allow you to create 1-way serial drivers, so you will not get feedback from the device using this method. 2-way serial drivers are written using DriverWorks. crazybuppie
Just saw the switch you're using. Have you tried the driver for the 8x8 component switch? I know it works great....maybe it will work for the smaller one?
rbeermann
My apologies....not feedback. I meant to say getting the darn thing respond. Where is the driver for the 8x8? I'm not seeing it in pro. Thanks all
