mwarchut
Is it possible to self-install switches, locks and thermostats and then pay a dealer to remote update the C4 controller or is that NO-NO. See the thing is I used to be an electrician before I became an engineer. I hate to pay for something I can do myself. lolMike

mwarchut
And there is no way for the initial install dealer to lock out anyone else from working on the system?

jwhitaker@revit
the answer is no, an integration company cannot lock out another company. there is a default password reset for dealers that resets the password to allow access when a change of dealers happens. THERE IS NO WAY SOME ONE CAN LOCK YOUR SYSTEM LIKE CRESTRON.
