BW761 Posted May 5, 2011 Share Posted May 5, 2011 Hi All,I am replacing a Trane CV / HP Programmable Zone Sensor thermostat with a Control4 wireless thermostat and am looking for advice on wiring. The Trane currently has the following connections:7 Black8 Red9 Blue10 Brown11Orange12 Yellow14 WhiteThere is also a green wire which is currently unattached. I am not sure if it was pulled out by the contractors or was never attached in the first place.An explanation of what the numbers mean on the Trane can be found on page 6 of the manual here:http://hvac.amickracing.com/RTU%20Training/Trane%20RTU%20info/T-stats/Zone%20sensor%20Baysene019C.pdfCan anyone tell me, by color from list above, where the wires should go to on the Control4 unit?Thanks!
