AVHomeInstalls Posted October 10, 2011 Share Posted October 10, 2011 Purchased used (hooked up for testing only) 3-button keypad model C4-KP3-Z-N. When applying power all lights go solid blue and button one won't ID with 4 button presses. No button 1 flash or color change, but buttons 2 and 3 flash green when pressed. Reset with 9-9-9 or 15 taps top button nothing. Only reset that appears to do anything is holding down button3 when applying power and then pushing button 2. It flashes fast like a reset. Controller is running 1.8.2.669 so I put it in auto join upgrade mode and 'added' 16 digit node ID and let it scan all channels, but never connected or upgraded to mini-app mode. Top button does nothing, so 15 taps and 9-9-9 top, middle, bottom and 13,4,13 top and bottom all do nothing. I've upgraded many switches to pro with network tools, but this one has me stumped.
