getafix
HiWe have a fairly large project where we have a HC1000 as director, 1 x HC300 as the controller for the theatre TV and another HC300 as a ZAP co-ordinator. THere are another 5 TV's each with an HC200.The HC1000 and 2 x HC300's all reside in the server cabinet. The problem is that the one HC300 (ZAP co-ordinator) keeps disappearing/disconnecting. If I look at the Zigbee network, it is running but the ZAP isnt there. It keeps apearing and dissappearing. All our kit have static IP's and are connected to a Netgear GS724TPS switch. All connections have been checked and confirmed as working. Please help. Thanks
RyanE
*appearing and disappearing*, or going online/offline?Have you turned on ZigBee logs and tried to see what's going on?I'd say that as painful as this might be, you may want to swap out the 300, it could have a bad radio or something else going on.Of course, since it's your coordinator, you'll have to rebuild the mesh, and re-id all your ZigBee devices. These sorts of questions are better posted on Control4's Official Dealer Forums. Or called in to Tech Support.Good luck with your project.RyanE
