drmark12pa
Can Composer HE use a schedule to arm and disarm the GE Concord 4 security system? What I would like to do is have Control4 automatically arm the system for the time I leave for work each day and automatically at night while disarming at the same time I wake up. thecodeman
I do not suggest storing your disarm code in programming.
drmark12pa
Any reason for not storing the code in Control4? If a person is able to access your Control4 or are in your house the security system issue is a null point as they have either bypassed your security system or can turn it off using Control4 as it is.I guess I'm wondering if it's even possible to do any turning on/off based on a schedule first of all. drmark12pa
I've been looking in Composer and it looks like I can do nearly any action with programming that can be done via the GE Concord keypad (except quick exit since there is no button for that on the Composer keypad). Has anyone programmed a keypad button to allow bypassing a sensor for like a quick exit if they are going outside for a moment or say letting a dog outside without having to disarm the entire system and not having a GE Concord keypad next to that door?
